Procurei pela melhor solução no Pinterest e depois da 3ª tentativa, acho que encontrei a solução que melhor funcionou para mim.
Assim que tiver terminado de pintar, lave imediatamente os pinceis e rolos. Dessa forma, não será tão difícil de remover a tinta. Lave com sabão de coco ou detergente e enxágue os pinceis e rolos bem.

I’ve looked through Pinterest for a solution that works best and I think after my 3rd trial, I’ve found one that works for me.
When you are done painting, wash immediately your brushes and rollers. If you do so, then it shouldn’t be that hard to wash off the paint. Wash them with clothes detergent or soap and rinse your rollers and brushes as much as you can.
Se você por acaso tomou tempo arrumando as coisas após pintura ou por alguma razão esqueceu-se de limpar os pinceis e rolos, é possível que só agua e sabão não serão suficientes para remover toda a tinta ressecada.
Um jeito bom de amolecer a tinta que já secou é colocar o rolo e o pincel dentro de um recipiente com vinagre de maça morno. Garanta que a região com tinta está submersa no vinagre. Deixe-os de molho por uma noite e no dia seguinte, com a ajuda de uma esponja áspera ou escova (você também pode usar só seus dedos), esfregue o pincel e a tinta vai sair rapidinho. Se tiver problemas em tirar toda a tinta, reaquece o vinagre e deixe os rolos e pinceis de molho por mais um dia. Aí, repita o processo de esfregar e retira a tinta.
If you got caught up cleaning up your working area or for whatever reason forgot to clean your brushes and rollers, it’s possible that just water and soap won’t be enough to remove all the dried paint off them.
A good way to soften dried paint is to dunk the roller and brush into warm apple vinegar. Make sure that the part with paint is soaked in vinegar. Leave them overnight and on the next day, with the help of a rough sponge or brush (you can also just use your fingers), scrub your paint brushes and the dried paint will come off in no time. If you aren’t able to remove it all at once, then reheat the vinegar and leave the brushes or rollers soaking for an additional day. Then, repeat the scrubing process.
